Branding可以拯救地球吗?

 

  每一位创意者都相信自己有天才的想法,  

  但不是每一个想法都能成为天才的创业。  


今天,Ylab创始人李玉红女士在同济大学给来自全球的年轻创业者们做了一场关于“How to Convince Your Target Audience”的工作坊。

国际创业者暑期学校(GESS),创立于2008年,每年的国际创业者暑期学校将在慕尼黑、上海、墨西哥城和开普敦四地举行,来自五大洲30余个国家的140名学生参与。同济大学已经成功举办了三次国际创业者暑期学(GESS),每期关注国计民生的社会问题,今年的主题是海洋与水域(Oceans & Waters)。

热身环节,李玉红女士率先请同学们在1分钟内简单介绍自己的拯救海洋大计。

AI? Green House?似乎有些难懂呢……

 

接着,李女士与同学们分享,将好想法转化为成功商业第一步就是了解受众的需求。无论你的受众是用水的农民、管理地方的官员,还是没时间分类垃圾的都市白领。

学会了简单的定位方法论,同学们开始小组讨论,打磨自己项目。

与同学们一一讨论每组的构想

 

最后,每组同学上台present自己想法。一组同学通过为树木设计低成本的创新Green House System,提高种植效率,大幅减少种植过程中对水资源的消耗。有一组同学希望向市场推出新一代环保服装原料取代棉,改善时尚行业造成的资源浪费问题,他们的口号是“Your fashion choice matters”,是不是很powerful?

Branding can save the Earth?


 

Every creative person believes that he has a genius idea.

But not every idea can become a genius entrepreneur.


Today, Ylab founder of Li Yuhong at Tongji University for young entrepreneurs from around the world made a debate about "How to Convince Your Target Audience" workshop.

The International Entrepreneur Summer School (GESS) was founded in 2008. The annual International Entrepreneur Summer School will be held in Munich, Shanghai, Mexico City and Cape Town each year, with 140 students from more than 30 countries on five continents participating. Tongji University has successfully hosted three International Entrepreneurs Summer Schools (GESS), each of which focuses on the social issues of national economy and people's livelihood. This year's theme is Oceans & Waters.

During the warm-up session, Ms. Li took the lead in asking students to briefly introduce their plan to save the ocean within one minute.

AI? Green House? It seems a little difficult to understand ...


Next, Ms. Li shared with her classmates that the first step in turning good ideas into successful business is to understand the needs of the audience. Whether your audience is water farmers, local officials, or urban white-collar workers who don’t have time to sort out trash.

After learning the simple positioning methodology, the students started group discussions and polished their projects.

Discuss ideas one by one with each group of students

 

Finally, each group of students came to the stage to present their ideas. A group of students improved the planting efficiency by designing a low-cost innovative Green House System for trees, which greatly reduced the consumption of water during the planting process. A group of students hope to introduce a new generation of environmentally friendly clothing materials to the market to replace cotton and improve the waste of resources caused by the fashion industry. Their slogan is "Your fashion choice matters".

From ideal to practice, from practice to realization, Ylab Brand Innovation and Growth Lab hopes to inspire young entrepreneurs, and the ideal of saving the earth and the ocean begins with genius ideas.
