Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Establish and cultivate relationships with clients and identify client needs.

Participate in business negotiations and quotations to facilitate business transactions.
Follow the market trends, provide strategic business development advice, discuss with CEO and set feasible business goals for the company.

Requirements:
Proven experience in building senior client relationships and developing new business capabilities.
Strong strategic thinking and keen business acumen.
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence others with finesse, internally and externally, for positive results.
Talents with previous experience in FMCG, Pet, Skin Care, Maternal and infant industry are preferred.
Native English speaker, entrepreneurial spirit, personal integrity.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Assist partners and participate in business development in Europe, including new client visits, new business development, client communication, proposal development, etc.
Assist partners and PR colleagues to participate in corporate marketing and PR work, including social media content development and daily operation and maintenance of social media accounts.
Conducting market research, data collection, including but not limited to industry research, client research, brand audit and etc. based on project needs. Participate in project discussions, generating meeting minutes, etc.
Organize and schedule meetings with the Shanghai office to support the Italian Partner.
Other related works as required based on project needs.
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian, and business proficient in English (verbal and written). Mandarin is a plus.
The students who are in their final year, or in postgraduate, or have graduated with no more than 2 years.
Passionate about consulting and business development.
Smart, responsible, quick learning, and highly motivated.
Good communication and networking skills.
Holding an Italian driver's license is an advantage.
Internship time: full-time internship, 5 days/week, available for 6 months.
